Michael Mack,
PGA Golf Professional

Michael (Mike) is a native of Pennsylvania, born and raised in Pottstown, Pa. Mike has been the head PGA Golf Professional at Burlington Country Club since 1982. His career started at Kennett Square CC in Kennett Square, PA (for two years) followed by Brookside Country Club in Pottstown where he served his apprenticeship for three years as an assistant Golf Professional. Mike earned his Class A, PGA status at Brookside and soon thereafter joined Burlington.

Mike's professional accomplishments are significant, including special recognition by his peers and industry leaders. The principle highlights are as follows:

- Mike was recognized as Golf Professional of the Year by the Philadelphia Section PGA in 1999.

- He served as President of the Philadelphia Section from 1999-2000.

- Golf Magazine named him one of America's Top Teacher's in 2001.

- He is a founding member of the Presidential Advisory Board for TaylorMade-Adidas Golf.

Mike's 35 years at Burlington Country Club have helped elevate the club to a status as one of the most respected venues in the Delaware Valley. His leadership has confirmed BCC as a great place to become a member if you truly enjoy the game of golf.

 

Don Allan
PGA Professional

Don is a Canadian native and began his love of the game at the age of ten while working at a local municipal golf course.  He played competitively in high school and college before turning professional in 1981.

Don received his Class A, PGA Membership in 1986 and joined the staff at Burlington Country Club in 2012. His prior five years were spent at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill, NJ as the Director of Instruction.  Don is an accomplished player and teacher and Burlington Country Club is fortunate to have Don as a member of the Professional staff.

Rob Hornibrook
Assistant Golf Professional

Rob is a "south" Jersey native from Swedesboro, NJ and a graduate of the college preparatory school, Salesianum High School in Wilmington, DE. He is a 2004 graduate of Neumann College in Aston, PA with a BS in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration. He played varsity golf at Neumann and received two MVP awards.

Rob interned at Burlington Country Club beginning in 2003. He is currently in the PGA program, working toward his certification as a Class A professional. Rob is an accomplished player, and in 2008 qualified at the first stage for the US Open.

Brian Minemier
Golf Course Superintendent

Brian was born and raised in nearby Edgewater Park, N.J. His career in the golf industry began as an Assistant Golf Professional at Little Mill Country Club, in Marlton, N.J. He subsequently undertook the study of Turf Management at Rutgers University, and received a B.S. in Agricultural Science.

Brian began his turf management career as the Assistant Superintendent at Medford Village C.C for six years followed by one year as the Assistant Superintendent at Woodcrest C.C. In 1996, he was hired as the Golf Course Superintendent at Burlington.

Brian has held the position for over eighteen years and since his arrival the golf course and grounds have continued to improve in appearance and conditioning. In 2001, the club instituted a major renovation of the golf course which incorporated twenty additional acres of land under fairway and greens maintenance. The mature, renovated course, with its excellent maintenance and conditioning receives the highest compliments from guests and members alike.
 
Brian is an accomplished golfer, twice winning the club championship as a member in the '80's. He is active in his professions' organizations and has served on the Golf Course Superintendents Association of NJ Board of Directors and as a Vice-President of that organization.
